3. Processing Time

4. Non-Refundable Items

  • Partial months of service
  • Account terminations due to violations of our Terms of Service

5. Pro-rated Refunds

For annual subscriptions cancelled after the 14-day refund period, we may offer pro-rated refunds at our discretion, based on the unused portion of your subscription.

6. Cancellation vs. Refund

Cancelling your subscription will stop future billing but will not automatically trigger a refund. You must explicitly request a refund if eligible under this policy.
